WORKSHOP: POETIC EXPRESSION, INK, & HONESTY
Cleo Wade has exhibited her poetry and art in both solo and group shows throughout the world and has provided art direction in fashion, music, and film for the last decade. She has spoken on New York University’s “Women on the Move” Panel, sits on the board of the National Black Theatre, and is a founding member of the female art collective Conversations. Cleo serves as editor-at-large for Voyage d’etudes and contributes to Harper’s Bazaar and Saint Heron. In 2015, she installed “Respect,” a 25-foot billboard love poem, in New Orleans’ historic French Quarter. Cleo’s work has been featured in The New York Times, Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, and many other publications. Born and raised in New Orleans, she currently resides in New York City.
WORKSHOP: THE FUTURE OF WEARABLE TECH IS NOW IN YOUR HANDS
Chromat began as an extension of designer Becca McCharen’s degree in architecture. Each garment – from the simplest bikini to the most complex electroluminescent dress – is built upon Chromat’s structural language and empowers the wearer to become the most powerful version of herself. Chromat has been worn by strong, bold women all over the world, including Beyonce, Madonna, and Nicki Minaj.
WORKSHOP: THE NW METHOD
Nicole Winhoffer, creator of the NW Method, is best known for her unconventional workout philosophy. She inspires people to become their best self through movement, creatively combining the art of inner expression, fitness, and Eastern philosophies with full-body, high endurance workouts – all set to a hip-hop and dance soundtrack. Nicole has shaped some of the best bodies in the entertainment industry, including Stella McCartney, Madonna, and Rachel Weisz, among others. She is the global ambassador to Adidas by Stella McCartney and signed to Roc Nation Management.

WORKSHOP: POWERING A WORLD IN MOTION WITH UNCHARTED PLAY
Jessica O. Matthews invented the SOCCKET ball, an energy-generating soccer ball that provides off-grid power for the developing world, at the age of 19. Three years later, she founded Uncharted Play, a renewable energy company specializing in motion-based, miniaturized power systems. Jessica was invited to the White House by President Obama to represent small companies at the signing of the America Invents Act in 2011. A dual citizen of Nigeria and the U.S., she has a degree in Psychology & Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Her research and career center around the intersection of disruptive technology, human behavior, and the psychology of self-actualization. Jessica’s list of accolades include Fortune’s Most Promising Women Entrepreneurs, Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list, Black Enterprise’s Innovator of the Year, and Scientist of the Year by the Harvard Foundation. She currently serves as an Ambassador of Entrepreneurship for Nigeria.

Photographer Chuck Grant earned a BFA from Parsons. She is best known for her work spanning documentary, portraiture, music, and fashion. Grant’s images have been featured by brands such as Topshop, Lanvin, and Outdoor Voices, and have been published in New York Magazine, Vice, The New York Times, The Fader, Galore, Complex, Nylon, and Fast Company, amongst others.
WORKSHOP: THE ART OF SONGWRITING, IT’S ALL ABOUT IMPROV
Singer-songwriter Wynter Gordon began writing songs as a child. After graduating from the LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, she worked in music studios, penning hits for a number of artists. Wynter’s first major songwriting credit, “Gonna Breakthrough,” was the central track on Mary J. Blige’s triple-platinum 2005 album, The Breakthrough. Later, her collaboration with Flo Rida on the song “Sugar” topped out at number five on the Billboard Hot 100. After collaborating with David Guetta, Jennifer Lopez, and more, Wynter’s now ready for her own time in the spotlight. The single “Dirty Talk” from her debut album reached number two on Billboard’s dance chart.

Bunny Meyer (Grav3yardgirl) is a Houston-based social influencer and the queen of her “Swamp Family,” a community of over 6.5 million YouTube subscribers and 2.2 million Instagram followers. Her YouTube channel features one-of-a-kind beauty tips, fashion finds, and a wildly popular series called “Does This Thing Really Work?” where she reviews As Seen On TV products. Bunny was nominated at the 2014 Teen Choice Awards for Choice Web Star: Fashion/Beauty. Since starting her channel in 2010, her videos have accumulated over 985 million views.
