Vera Wang Fall 2015
April 7, 2015
With the fall fashion shows behind us, it’s no surprise that the runways’ beauty looks are already materializing on the streets. The natural, no-makeup beauty trend is the look of choice of fashion insiders from New York to Milan (and has been mastered by chic Parisians for a while now).
Vera Wang’s Fall 2015 show illustrated this modern girl, with natural, yet strong, glowing makeup that will work for winter, or spring! Clé de Peau Makeup Creative Director Lucia Pieroni created the look as a counterpoint to Vera Wang’s moody, darker collection.
And yes, there’s a catch. The illuminated, “gorgeous and glowing” face actually involves several steps of color application. But fear not, we have all the answers you’ll need.
Get the look:
Start by moisturizing your face, then applying Clé de Peau Radiant Fluid Foundation with SPF 24. To achieve a glowing complexion, use the Luminizing Face Enhancer in Delicate Pink, along with the new powder blush duo in Maple Leaf.
The final touch, and maybe the most important one, is for the eyebrows. Using Clé de Peau’s eyebrow pencil, Pieroni brushed, filled and slightly elongated the arch to achieve the boyish brows that complemented the pure peachy glow on the models’ faces.
Are you as smitten with this clean makeup look as we are? Trust us, the Vera Wang Fall 2015 beauty look will give not only the extra brightening needed during colder months but also a radiant spring face we can embrace right now.
