Actress Zelda Williams
April 30, 2014
The CUSP departments in Southern California keep making noise with events and appearances of some of the coolest girls out there. Last weekend, Teen Vogue, McQ and Neiman Marcus partnered up to bring SoCal it girls Zelda Williams, Soko and Remi Nicole into the stores to celebrate the McQ spring collection. Zelda, a writer and actress herself, is following the steps of her iconic dad, actor Robin Williams, in her own witty way, and we couldn’t be more excited to see what’s next for her. We are already fans of her Instagram account and the photos she snapped during last Saturday’s bash. Now, let’s dive a little deeper into Zelda’s world:
HOMETOWN: Born in NYC, but grew up in SF
HOME NOW: LA
GO-TO SPOT IN YOUR CITY: Bar Marmont or Harvard and Stone
GUILTY PLEASURE: My Netflix/Hulu/Movie rental addiction. I’ve watched the entire Criterion Collection!
FAVORITE HOBBY: Archery/Riflery
VACATION SPOT: Lake Tahoe
FIRST ACTING ROLE: Does being on my dad’s set in my mom’s belly count? I did a lot of high-kicking.
EXCITING UPCOMING PROJECTS?: A new movie and my writing projects, though all are under wraps for now!
CAN’T TRAVEL WITHOUT: Josie Maran’s Bear Naked Wipes. I travel light, and I rarely bring my face wash or moisturizer on short trips, so a cleansing wipe that’s a little of both AND smells amazing? Perfect! Plus, they benefit the Polar Bear SOS charity.
FAVORITE CUSP BRAND: Can’t pick just one! I live in Paige and Current/Elliott jeans, and Alexander Wang, McQ and Rebecca Minkoff make some of my favorite graphic separates to mix and match.
LAST PURCHASE AT NM: A pair of Jeffrey Campbell boots.

FAVORITE APP: Afterlight – it’s a wonderful photo-editing app.
ACTING IDOL: Katharine Hepburn and Gene Wilder
ON A LAZY SUNDAY: I cook dinner for all my friends and play board games. It’s becoming a tradition.
LISTENING TO ON REPEAT: “Cavalier” by James Vincent McMorrow
SIGNATURE SCENT: Angels of Florence by Santa Maria Novella
